My name is Rosmery Izaguirre, and I am a data reporter and Miami native. I am passionate about the intersection of data and journalism and specialize in using computational skills to further advance my reporting.
I graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and a minor in computer science. I started my career at the Miami Herald as an intern, then transitioned to a fellow on the investigations desk. I've also previously worked on the Los Angeles Times data desk.
